General conditions of use

The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (known as the “GCU”) is to provide legal framework for the terms of provision of the site and services by LECTURE.PHOTO and to define the terms of access and use of the services by “the User”.
These GCU are accessible on the site under the «Conditions» section.
The GCU constitute the contract between the Site and the User. User access to the Site signifies acceptance of these GCU. He now undertakes to respect these conditions.
ARTICLE 1 : Legal notice

ARTICLE 2 : Access to the site
The LECTURE.PHOTO site allows the User free access to the following services: Upload photos and portfolio reading
The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User who has access to the Internet. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his expense.
ARTICLE 3 : Personal data
The site LECTURE.PHOTO is exempt from reporting to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) insofar as it does not collect any data concerning users.
ARTICLE 4 : Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, signs and all content of the site (texts, images, sounds...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright.
The User must seek the prior permission of the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents. It undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express permission of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement sanctioned by article L 335-2 et seq of the Code of Intellectual Property.
It is recalled in accordance with article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies or publishes the protected content must quote the author and his source.
The User retains all intellectual property rights in the images he uploaded. Occasionally, the Editor may need to use these images on their social networks for free. this use is then the subject of a specific agreement between the user and the Editor.
The latter undertakes to include the name of the User near each use of its publication.
ARTICLE 5 : Responsability
The sources of the information published on the LECTURE.PHOTO site are considered reliable but the site does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors or omissions.
The information provided is presented for information and general purposes without contractual value. Despite regular updates, the site LECTURE.PHOTO cannot be held responsible for the modification of administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication. Similarly, the site cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained on this site.
The site LECTUREPHOTO cannot be held responsible for any viruses that could infect the computer or any computer equipment of the User, following a use, access, or download from this site.
The responsibility of the site cannot be incurred in case of force majeure or the unpredictable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

Hypertext links may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, he will leave the site LECTURE.PHOTO. The latter has no control over the web pages on which these links end and cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.

The User is informed that the LECTURE.PHOTO site does not use cookies
ARTICLE 8 : Upload by the User
The LECTURE.PHOTO site allows you to upload images. In its uploads, the visitor undertakes to respect the rules of the Netiquette (rules of good conduct of the internet) and the rules of law in force.
The site LECTURE.PHOTO can exercise a moderation on the uploads and reserves the right to refuse them without having to justify this to the visitor.
Any content uploaded by the User is its sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to put on line any content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be taken over by the User.
The User’s content may be at any time and for any reason deleted or modified by the site, without notice.
ARTICLE 9 : Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The French legislation applies to this contract. In case of non amicable resolution of a dispute arising
between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
